Pasadena, CA (PRWEB) June 29, 2006

Let’s face it, the number of hours we spend in front of the television represents a not inconsiderable portion of our day. For those of us who escape at the end of the day into the great movies of the past, or tivo-ed sporting events, these hours don’t feel like a mindless waste of time. They’re rejuvenating! Eking out every last ounce of relaxation and enjoyment from that time is absolutely vital. This is the driving force behind the recent Home Theater trend. The more dangerous and unstable the world seems to become, the more we covet our entertainment and escapism. Yes, the ever accessible DVD is making the need for psychotherapy a thing of the past. Attach a Bass Shaker to your Home Theater Lounger, dial up the volume, and you can virtually meld with that world pouring out of the screen in front of you.

“Of course, to do it right, you’re going to need the right equipment, and that’s where the choice of a great chair can make all the difference”, says Stephen Carter, director of HomeTheaterSeatingGuide.com (http://reviews.HomeTheaterSeatingGuide.com)

“There are a lot of great-looking Home Theater Loungers and Movie Seats out there. But there’s more to consider than

appearance alone when it comes time to make a purchase. That’s why we encourage people who have owned their home theater seating for any length of time to come onto our site and tell others what they think of their home theater furniture. Along with their customer review, we have owners of Home Theater Loungers and Movie Seats rate each chair on such qualities as its range of motion, its construction and durability, and the overall level of comfort it provides. For some people, knowing that a given Home Theater Lounger or Movie Seat has been rated as having excellent lumbar support, well, this can factor significantly into their final selection.”

In fact, the chairs featured on HomeTheaterSeatingGuide.com, are also rated on their value for money, and reviews can be sorted by any of the above-mentioned attributes. This makes it easy for the prospective chair owner to find, say, the Home Theater Lounger or Movie Seat voted as having the best lumbar support.

The site also offers RSS feeds of Reviews of Home Theater Loungers and Movie Seats–useful for webmasters of Home Theater related web sites who might like to keep their visitors up to date with the most recent customer reviews.

With dozens of chair brands to consider and choose from (all of which can be purchased online, and in most cases shipped free of charge), and helpful customer reviews, HomeTheaterSeatingGuide.com is sure to become a must stop destination for anyone wanting to cut a swath through the never ending choices in Home Theater Seating.

This Theater was recently finished this month (OCT 2010) and is based on a popular TV / Movie scifi series. Hey if you are traveling in space do it with style. It measueres 23′ x 19′ with a 9′ ceiling. It consists of 3 KEF iQ 90 tower speakers for the front , 4 Bose 301 speakers for sides and surround , a Sony 12″ sub tied into a Clark Tactile Transducer for the riser vibrating at 100lbs per watt from the subwoofer connection off the receiver. The receiver is a Sony 1000 7.1 surround tied into a Panasonic Blu ray / upscaling DVD player . The home computer and cable box are routed through the receiver which makes NFL sunday and Dancing with the Stars against a 120″ screen very life like and the projector is razor sharp in color and contrast. Everything is operated through a LOGITECH Touch screen remote. The Projector is a Panansonic AE4000U LCD from the folks at VISUAL APEX.com along with their 120″ screen kit. I reviewed and researched MANY projectors and this one will go toe to toe with the high end expensive / out of my budget units. Their screen kit is a solid performer. The frame is made of extruded 4″ wide aluminum channel so construction was VERY simple and very sturdy. One person can easily build it but a screen this size you need two to hang it. The star ceiling (10′ x10′ octagon, square is boring) is an accurate Dec. sky with 1500 points of light and 8 shooting stars. The animated graphics in the back were made on my laptop and are accurated to the series. The
